To initiate the design process, a non-refundable deposit is mandatory. This deposit ensures a seamless commencement of your project. Please take note of the following details:

1. Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before work can commence on your project. This deposit serves as confirmation of your commitment and covers the initial stages of design development.

2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the project fee is due at the completion of the project, after you have reviewed and approved the final design. It is essential that the balance is settled before the final package is delivered or uploaded.

3. Project Initiation: Work on your project will begin as soon as the required deposit is received. This ensures that our team can dedicate their time and expertise to deliver a successful design outcome.

REFUND POLICY

At BLEND MEDIA, we are committed to providing top-quality services, including custom web, print, and graphic design projects. We want to ensure a clear understanding of our refund policy to maintain transparency and a mutually beneficial working relationship. Please review the following refund policy details:

1. Refunds and Payment Structure: We do not offer refunds for services that have been rendered. Payments for custom projects are structured in increments as a courtesy to our valued clients. Once a deposit or payment is made, it becomes non-refundable.

2. Voluntary Termination: In the event that a client voluntarily terminates an agreement with BLEND MEDIA, any monies already paid will be retained by BLEND MEDIA. If applicable, the client will also be responsible for a fee covering all work completed beyond the scope of the payment.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by a credit card company or bank will result in the immediate suspension of the ongoing project. To resolve such situations, a chargeback fee of $35, along with any outstanding balances resulting from the chargeback(s), must be settled in full before project services are restored, files are delivered, or further work is undertaken.

4. Addressing Billing Issues: We encourage clients to communicate with us directly to address any billing concerns or issues that may arise. Instead of pursuing a chargeback, please contact us to discuss and resolve any discrepancies.

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Issuing a chargeback for a valid charge from BLEND MEDIA constitutes fraudulent activity and is neither an appropriate nor legal method to seek a refund. We emphasize that we are always available to address concerns and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
